The menu at Buddha-Bar reflects the art of culinary. Here you can find abundance of the sea delicacies, along with the exquisite French desserts and signature dishes specially created for your pleasure. Buddha-Bar Tbilisi menu strictly conforms to the standard menu of the brand, however the local preferences are considered, as well. 
 
Buddha-Bar Chef specially invited from France is in charge of supervision and management of the kitchen.  Ingredients are specially imported from the various parts of the world regarding their origins. The local natural products are also used in the dishes along with the imported ingredients.
 


Here you can taste Buddha-Bar signature dishes:  the "Buddha-Bar Chicken Salad, Tuna with Sesame & Shitake Vinaigrette, Filet of Beef “Teppan Yaki” style, Five Spices Grilled Chicken, Red Shrimp Curry… Or enjoy treats such as sashimi, handrolls sushi and special creations from our sushi chef  .
